Also on May 30, 2011 the news release attached as Exhibit 99.5 was publicly disseminated to announce that the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement and received gross proceeds of $3.2M for a total of 11,000,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit, and 4,545,463 Flow Through Shares at a price of $0.22 per Flow Through Share.
