THE 2016 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT INCLUDING THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT HAS BEEN MADE AVAILABLE (IN FRENCH)

Nexity's Registration Document dated 31 December 2016 (in French) was filed today with the Autorité des marchés financiers under number D.17-0335.

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The 2016 Registration Document includes notably:

• the 2016 annual financial report;
• the Chairman of the Board of Directors' report on the manner in which the Board's work is prepared and organised and on internal control procedures and the statutory auditors' report on the same; and
• the disclosures relating to the Statutory Auditors' fees.
