ACQUISITION OF COSTAME

Nexity has acquired Costame, one of the French leaders in technical solutions consulting for the real estate and construction sectors.

Founded over 20 years ago, Costame works for property owners, construction project owners and real estate asset managers, providing them with high added value technical solutions (technical expertise, assistance to construction project owners, project management for renovation projects) and/or compensation-related solutions (assistance with claims management). It has around twenty employees.

The acquisition of Costame rounds out Nexity's offering in real estate services to companies, allowing it to develop synergies with the Group's management and real estate development operations.

Costame will be integrated into Real estate services to companies (NPM) within Services & Networks and will be consolidated as of January 1, 2017. This acquisition will not have a significant impact on the consolidated financial statements of the Nexity Group.
