NEXITY AND INTERCONSTRUCTION FINALISE SALE OF ECO CAMPUS TO

CRÉDIT AGRICOLE ASSURANCES

Paris La Défense, 24 July 2013

Following the preliminary sale agreement signed in May 2013 with Crédit Agricole Assurances, Nexity and Interconstruction announced today that they have signed a 'VEFA' off-plan sale contract for Eco Campus, a 72,000 sq.m complex of offices and services in Châtillon (Paris region).

Crédit Agricole Assurances, by way of its personal insurance subsidiary Predica, advised by Crédit Agricole Immobilier and assisted with the GFA completion bond by Crédit Agricole CIB, is the sole investor in this complex of offices, delivery of which is provisionally scheduled for the second half of 2015.

Fully leased by Orange, Eco Campus comprises five divisible office buildings and a user services building (restaurants, cafeteria, conference room, showroom, etc.).

Designed by architectural firm Bridot & Willerval, the business campus is located near the city centre and public transport on a 3 hectare property, including one hectare of landscaped park. The complex boasts the latest in construction standards and will seek double environmental certification to HQE NF-Bâtiments Tertiaires 2012 and BREEAM Very Good.

This sale is recorded on Nexity's order book for the 3rd quarter of 2013.
