NOTICE OF FILING OF DOCUMENTS

(in liquidazione), Mercury UK Holdco Limited ed Evergood H&F Lux S.à r.l. updated with certain changes that have occurred in relation to the number of voting rights referring to the shares or financial instruments conferred in the Covenant and the percentages mentioned in Article 130, paragraph 1, of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
