Resignation of a Member of the Board of Directors

Milan, 1 October 2025 – Nexi S.p.A. ("Nexi" or the "Company") announces that Dr. Francesco Renato Mele, non-executive and independent director pursuant to Article 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (the "TUF"), as referred to by Article 147 ter, paragraph 4, of the TUF, has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect as of today, due to new professional commitments.

The entire Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Mele for his dedication and the valuable contribution he has made to the Company.

Based on the information provided to the Company and made available to the public, Dr. Mele does not hold any shares in Nexi.
