Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors
Milan, April 30, 2024 – Nexi S.p.A. ("Nexi" or the "Company") informs that Mr. Bo Nilsson, a non-executive and non-independent Director, has tendered effective today his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company due to an increase of professional undertakings.
The Board of Directors unanimously thanks Mr. Bo Nilsson for his professional contribution.
Based on the communications to the Company and to the public, at the time of the resignation Mr. Bo Nilsson holds 6,081,892 shares of Nexi.
