Co-optation of a new member of the Board

Milan, September 23, 2024 – Nexi S.p.A. ('Nexi' or the 'Company') announces that the Board of Directors of the Company, during today's meeting, appointed by co-optation Mr. Andrea Nuzzi as a non-executive and non independent Director, after the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors. Mr. Nuzzi will remain in charge until the next Shareholders' Meeting and, as of today, does not own any shares in Nexi.
