Nexi: resignation of a Board Member

Milan, September 26th , 2019 - Nexi S.p.A. informs that it has received, with today's date, the resignation of the board member Robin Marshall for new professional commitments.

The Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer, on behalf of the entire Board of Directors, express their sincere thanks to Robin Marshall for his professional contribution.

Based on the communications to the Company and to the public, dr. Robin Marshall does not hold, at the time of his resignation, shares of the Company directly and / or indirectly.

Nexi, having taken note of the resignation, appointed Elisa Corghi as new Board Member today.
