INTEGRATION OF THE NOTICE OF CALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING TO BE HELD ON APRIL 30,2025
Milan, 30 March 2025 - Nexi S.p.A. announces that the notice of call of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 30 April 2025 amended to insert the following new item no. 8 in the ordinary agenda: "Extension of the mandate granted to the auditing firm and the relevant remuneration. Related and consequent resolutions" was published today.
The notice of call and the documentation related to the Shareholders' Meeting (i.e., explanatory report on the new agenda items, the opinion of the Supervisory Board and the amended proxy forms for the designated representative) are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website https://www.nexigroup.com/en/group/governance/shareholdersmeetings/2025/ordinary-andextraordinary-meeting-30042025/ and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
The amended excerpt of the notice of call was published today on the newspaper il "Corriere della Sera".
