Mr. Jeff Tindale has resigned as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). Mr. Zayn Kalyan has accepted the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Geoff Balderson has accepted the position of Director and Interim Chief Financial Officer.

The Company also announces it has changed its Registered and Records Office to 1095 West Pender Street, Suite 750, Vancouver, BC V6E 2M6.
