ASX Announcement

Amended – Appendix 4C September 2018 Quarter

Lifespot Health Limited (Company) notes an error in the Appendix 4C for the September 2018 quarter lodged with ASX on 31 October 2018 and the accompanying announcement titled Quarter 3 Update. Cash outflows from operating activities (research and development) were overstated by $255,000 and cash inflows from operating activities (receipts from customers) were overstated by the same amount.

There is nil impact on net cash flow from operating activities as a result and cash at start and end of period are unchanged.

Please see attached amended Appendix 4C for the September 2018 quarter. No amendments are required to the December 2018 quarter Appendix 4C lodged with ASX. Updated numbers show an increase in operating cash outflow in the December quarter due to an increase in product manufacturing and operating costs.
