Rights Issue - Update
Nex Metals Explorations Ltd (Nex or the Company) announced on 29 September 2021 a 1 for 3 rights issue to its Shareholders.
Subsequently Metalicity Ltd (ASX:MCT) lodged an application with the Takeovers Panel seeking to prohibit Nex from proceeding with the rights issue.
The Takeovers Panel has not yet decided or heard the case.
The Company will inform the market of the dates or otherwise of the Rights Issue once the Panel has made its determination.
