Scrip dividend share allotment

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 35,260 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 21 November 2017.

These Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the second quarterly dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2018.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
