Grant of Awards

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment and active asset management, announces that on 1 July 2014 it granted awards, under the NRR Performance Share Plan 2009. The awards give rights to certain Directors to acquire shares for nil consideration over a total of 431,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below. The awards are subject to performance conditions and were based on a share price of 305 pence per share.
