Scrip dividend share allotment

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 585,585 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 27 January 2025.

The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2024.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
