The Company announces that Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer elected to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2022. Accordingly, following the payment of the final dividend on 2 September 2022, Allan Lockhart has increased his shareholding by 4,431 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver and now holds 374,286 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
