Director Shareholding Notification

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment, active asset management and development, was notified on 5 April 2016 that the total beneficial holding of Mark Davies in the Company is 69,545 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital, and not 67,210 Ordinary Shares as disclosed in the Director Share Dealing announcement released on 31 March 2016. The difference of 2,335 Ordinary Shares relates to the Ordinary Shares retained following the exercise of share options on 16 December 2015 (announced via RNS on 17 December 2015), which were omitted from the beneficial holding of Mark Davies.
