The Company announces that it was notified of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

On 3 September 2021, Will Hobman exercised 10,050 nil cost share options which were granted in June 2019 under the NewRiver REIT plc Deferred Bonus Plan 2016. 4,741 shares were sold in order to cover the associated tax liability. Will has retained the balance of 5,309 shares which increases his shareholding to 71,251 shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing forms can be found below.
