The Company announces that it was notified on 23 August 2021 that Will Hobman, Chief Financial Officer, purchased:

·      24,648 ordinary shares of one penny each in NewRiver ("Ordinary Shares") at 81.949 pence per Ordinary Share.

·      35,995 ordinary shares of one penny each in NewRiver ("Ordinary Shares") at 82.893 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Will's shareholding in NewRiver has increased to 65,942 Ordinary Shares.
