The Company has been notified that, on 24 August 2017, David Lockhart exercised 119,016 nil cost share options which were granted under the NewRiver Retail Limited Performance Share Plan 2009.

In order to cover the associated tax liability, 53,746 shares were sold. David Lockhart has retained the balance of shares, giving him a total shareholding of 1,657,321 ordinary shares.
