Appointment of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

Further to the announcement on 17 July 2017, NewRiver is pleased to confirm that Baroness Ford of Cunninghame has joined the Company as its Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2017.

Baroness Ford holds a total of 25,000 Ordinary Shares of one pence each in the Company. The Company confirms that there is no further information about Baroness Ford requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
