Change of Auditor

NewRiver announces that, following a competitive tender process, it intends to appoint Forvis Mazars LLP as Auditor with effect from the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, NewRiver's current auditor, will step down at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. NewRiver would like to extend its appreciation to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for its services as auditor. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has confirmed to the Company that there were no matters connected with its ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006. A copy of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's Statement of Reasons is appended to the Notice of AGM circulated to Shareholders today and can be found on the Company website at www.nrr.co.uk
