NewPeak Metals Limited (ASX: NPM) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of NewPeak Metals Limited (‘NPM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of NPM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
The Directors of NewPeak Metals Limited (ASX: NPM) hereby request that the securities of the Company be placed into an immediate trading halt, pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a material capital raising.
The trading halt is requested until an announcement about the results of the raising is made to the market by the Company, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 14 July 2021, whichever occurs first.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
