Five-Year Supply Agreement with Protime NV

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of data management solutions and security systems, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Grosvenor Technology Limited, has entered a new five-year supply agreement with its long-standing partner, Protime NV, a market leader in time registration, access control and workforce planning, and part of SD Worx Group.

The agreement builds on an already successful collaboration over the last 25 years. Grosvenor will continue to supply Protime with its advanced GT Connect cloud services, market-leading time clock hardware and OEM access control equipment.

Importantly, the agreement supports both companies' strategic growth objectives, including the expansion into new territories and the delivery of enhanced workforce management solutions to enterprise customers. Grosvenor and Protime will also be collaborating on the development of new-generation devices which reflects a shared roadmap for innovation and growth.
