Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT), announces that it was informed on 11 February 2013 that following the purchase of ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr. Peter Lobbenberg and his family are interested in 14,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
