Director dealing and change to a significant shareholder

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that Maurice Dwek, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 34,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by way of a transfer at a price of 1p per share from Mr Elie Dwek (brother of Maurice Dwek).

Following the completion of this transfer, Maurice Dwek has a total beneficial interest in 92,799,467 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.8 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The notification grid below, which has been included in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.

Mr Elie Dwek is a significant shareholder of the Company pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies and with this disposal of Ordinary Shares, Mr Dwek is now interested in 35,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.57 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
