Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that it was informed on 4 February 2019 that Robert Waddington, non-executive director of the Company, acquired, on 1 February 2019, 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.99p per Ordinary Share. The Company was also informed that on 4 February 2019, Mr Waddington acquired a further 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 1.05p per share. Following these purchases, Mr Waddington has a total beneficial interest in 750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
