Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, was informed on 31 March 2015  that Mr Brian Beecraft, Group Finance Director, sold an aggregate of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2.9 pence per share over 30 and 31 March 2015. These shares were recently acquired by Mr Beecraft following the exercise of share options.

Following these transactions, Mr Beecraft is now interested in no Ordinary Shares.
