Update re Group Finance Director position

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that the Company's process to identify and hire a replacement Group Finance Director, details of which were announced on 18 March 2021, is progressing well.

Graham Feltham, current Group Finance Director, who had been due to step down from this role and as a member of the Board of the Company on 3 June 2021, has agreed to remain in his role and as a Director of the Company until a new Group Finance Director has been appointed.  Further updates will be provided at the appropriate time.
