Result of AGM

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, shareholders approved resolutions 1 through 5. However, resolution 6, a special resolution concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights for the issuance of new ordinary shares, was not passed. The Board notes that it had no immediate intention to exercise these authorities.
