Results of AGM

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, were duly passed. This included a revised resolution, required in order to comply with the Company's obligations under the Companies Act following the resignation of Derek Blethyn (as announced on 11 September 2013), for the re-appointment of Maurice Dwek as a director of the Company.

At the AGM, Maurice Dwek, Chairman of Newmark Security, commented that trading continued to be in line with market expectations.
