December 12, 2022 – Newmac Resources Inc. (TSXV:NER) announces that it received a termination notice from SignalChem Lifesciences Corporation (“SignalChem”) on the proposed reverse takeover transaction with SignalChem on December 7, 2022. The Company is evaluating the situation and options available.
