Newbury Racecourse PLC announces that it has posted copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, along with notice of the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") to shareholders.  The AGM will be held in the Owners Club, Newbury Racecourse, Racecourse Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 7NZ on 10 June 2025 at 12:00 noon.
