Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on XING AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 22, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.10% (this corresponds to 173284 Voting Rights).
