July 2011 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in Xing
AG exceeded the threshold of 3 per cent and on this date amounted to 3.08%
(this corresponds to 166,223 voting rights).

All of these voting rights (this corresponds to 166,223 voting rights) are
attributed to Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in accordance with sec. 22
