I, Afzaal Pirzada; M.Sc., P.Geo. do hereby consent to the filing with the regulatory authorities referred to above and the public filing of the Technical Report I authored titled “Technical Report on the Scarlett Gold Property, New Westminster Mining Division, British Columbia, Canada, NTS Map 092G”, dated and Effective January 11[th] , 2021 (the “Report”) and to the written disclosure of the Report, and of extracts from and summaries of the Report in the final prospectus of New Target Mining Corp. dated March 2[nd] , 2021 (the Final Prospectus).

I confirm that I have read the Final Prospectus and that the written disclosure in the Final Prospectus fairly and accurately represents the information in the Report and supports the disclosure in the Final Prospectus.

I do not have any reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained in the Final Prospectus that are derived from the Report or of which I am otherwise aware or that the written disclosure contains any misrepresentations of the information contained in the Report.
