NEW TARGET MINING CORP. COMPLETES IPO AND ANNOUNCES LISTING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 15, 2021: New Target Mining Corp. ( TSX-V: NEW ) (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its initial public offering (“ IPO ”) in which it distributed 3,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.15 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $450,000. The Company’s common shares were listed on April 15, 2021 and are expected to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (“ TSXV ”) on or about April 19, 2021 under the trading symbol “NEW”.

Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the “ Agent ”) acted as exclusive agent in respect of the IPO on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. The IPO consisted of the distribution of 3,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.15 per common share. Pursuant to the IPO, the Agent received a cash commission of 8% of the gross proceeds raised and an aggregate of 240,000 non-transferable common share purchase warrants entitling the Agent and members of its selling group to purchase 240,000 common shares at $0.15 per common share at any time until April 15, 2023. The Agent also received a cash corporate finance fee.

The net proceeds of the IPO will primarily be used to fund the acquisition of and exploration expenditures on ten (10) mineral claims comprising a total of approximately 1,473.23 hectares in the New Westminster Mining Division, Mission, British Columbia (the “ Scarlett Property ”), on which the Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest from Infiniti Drilling Corporation (the “ Optionor ”) pursuant to an option agreement dated August 5, 2020, as amended on October 30, 2020, December 16, 2020 and March 29, 2021 between the Company and the Optionor (the “ Option Agreement ”), as well as for general and administrative costs for the next twelve months, and for general working capital requirements.

As a result of the closing of the IPO, the Company now has 11,636,344 Shares issued and outstanding as of the date hereof, of which 3,400,000 Shares are subject to escrow, released 10% on the IPO closing date with an additional 15% released every six months over a 36-month period. An additional 4,736,344 Shares are subject to resale restrictions under the TSXV seed share resale matrix, to be released 20% on the closing of the IPO with an additional 20% released every month thereafter over a four-month period.
