Trading Update New Sources Energy Q5 2012: Outlook and changes in the Board of Directors

Noordwijk, 27 July 2012 - New Sources Energy N.V. (NSE) maintains its previous outlook that it does not see near term possibilities to incorporate new activities. The company's financial position is stable due to the lacking of operational activities.

Because of the currently very limited operations of the company, there is no reason to maintain the current size of the Board of Directors. As a consequence, the following persons will step down as member of New Sources Energy N.V.'s Board of Directors effective today: Johan Kleyn (Chairman), Guido Schlösser (non Executive Director), Frans van den Heuvel (non Executive Director) and Evert Vlaswinkel (Executive Director). The Board will therefore consist of: Arie van der Aart (CEO, Executive Director) and Wilco den Breejen (non Executive Director).
