Trading Halt Request

Dear Sirs

New Age Exploration Limited (“NAE”) (ASX: NAE) hereby requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX, pending an announcement regarding additional funding for its Lochinvar coking coal project in UK, coal projects in Colombia and working capital.

NAE requests that the trading halt take immediate effect and continue until the release of announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading Monday, 22[nd] October 2012.

NAE is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

NAE is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
