New Age Exploration Limited ( ASX: NAE ) ( New Age or the Company ) refers to its upcoming General Meeting scheduled for 22 June 2021 at 11:00am (Melbourne time) ( GM ). Due to the restrictions imposed by the Victorian government in connection with the recent COVID-19 outbreak and in order to prioritise the health and safety of the Company’s members, personnel and other stakeholders, the Board has determined to hold the GM online via Zoom (instead of in-person as originally intended).

Shareholders who wish to attend and participate in the GM in real time (including by voting on resolutions by way of a poll and asking questions) are encouraged to contact the Company by email to info@nae.net.au to register to attend the GM and receive dial-in details.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote by lodging a directed proxy appointing the Chairman before 11:00am (Melbourne time) on Sunday, 20 June 2021 in accordance with the instructions on the personalised proxy form previously sent to shareholders. Shareholders are also encouraged to submit any written questions to the above email address before 11:00am (Melbourne time) on Sunday, 20 June 2021 which the Company will endeavour to answer within the GM where relevant to the business of the GM.
