VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA , October 6, 2021- Pascal Biosciences Inc. (“ Pascal ” or the “ Company ”) (TSXV:PAS) (OTC:PSCBF) (FSE: 6PB-FF). Further to the Pascal’s news release of September 8, 2021, the Company has agreed to issue 250,0000 common shares of the Company (“Shares”) at a deemed price of $0.08 per Share, to Rob Gietl, the CEO, in payment of his services as CEO for the month of September, 2021 subject to the acceptance of the TSX.V

In addition to a targeted therapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Pascal is developing cannabinoid-based treatments for cancer.
