PASCAL BIOSCIENCES ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, April 20, 2021: Pascal Biosciences Inc. ( TSX.V:PAS ) (OTC:BIMUF) (“ Pascal ” or the “Company ”), a biotechnology company that specializes in cancer, cannabinoids and Covie-19, wishes to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 2,875,000 stock options (the “ Stock Options ”) to directors, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan and subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Stock Options are exercisable at a price of $0.08 per optioned share and will be exercisable for a period of five years, vesting quarterly over one year.
