- Approved allotment of 12,850 (Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty only) equity shares of the company pursuant to their exercising of stock options granted to them under the “NPST Employee Stock Option Plan 2023” for the Fourth tranche ended on March 31, 2026.
