Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) this is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 04, 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the following agenda:

1. To consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of specified securities of the Company on a preferential basis, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, SEBI Listing Regulations, and such other acts, rules, regulations, laws and statutes, as may be applicable (including any statutory modification(s) thereto or reenactment thereof for the time being in force), subject to all such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing / trading in securities of the Company is already been closed for all Designated and Connected Persons including their immediate relatives from July 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
