With respect to the earlier intimation as stated above and in pursuance to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”), we wish to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday , May 27, 2025 at 02:30 PM through Video conferencing at the registered office of the Company, and the following item is added to its agenda to discuss:

1. To recommend the final dividend if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2025;

Further, kindly note that in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading ,the “Trading Window” for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed for all the Designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company since April 01, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons covered under the Code of the Company.
