The Company was unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because of certain unresolved issues pertaining to finalizing the Company's XBRL materials (to be filed as Exhibit 101 to the Form 10-Q).

The Company will report net income of $8,580,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 as compared to net income of $19,991,000 for the nine months ended September 30, 2010.
