Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30(4) of SEBI LODR Regulations read with Clause B and C of Part A of Schedule III

Re: Intimation of Postponement of Co-located Paperworld India, Corporate Gifts Show andInterior Lifestyle India presented by Ambiente Indiaslated for March2021which has been postponed to March 2022.

In terms of Regulation 30(4) of SEBI LODR Regulations read with Clause B and C of Part A of Schedule III, this is to inform you that in view of non-availability of place in NESCO Campus, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai, due to Covid-19 rehabilitation Centre and Strengthening in standard operating procedure(SOP), Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd has decided to postpone its three co-located fairs – Paperworld India, Corporate Gifts Show andInterior Lifestyle India presented by Ambiente India, slated for March 2021. Having received a definitive industry feedback in support of this decision, the co-located fairs will now take place in March 2022 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.

In this respect, it may be noted that the Company has in the year 2018, subject to certain rights and entitlements, sold the 100% ownership stake.

In view of the postponement of the exhibition which was scheduled to held during March 2021, the Company will lose, inter-alia, profit sharing rights of the said

exhibition which will impact substantially the profitability of the Company in the financial year 2020-21 and 2021-22.
