Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations")

Netlink Solutions (India) Limited has, on February 26, 2021, signed two agreements (“Agreements”) with FairAct and Fairact Exhibitions & Events LLP to purchase Intellectual Property Rights being Trademark/Brand Name and know how pertaining to Exhibition Business. The Agreements include purchase of all intellectual property rights connected with the Exhibition / Business / Exhibition Services including each individual element of such intellectual property of FairAct.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
