Please note that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held today, June 13, 2023 approved the appointment of Ms. Aarushi Lad as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 13, 2023 and designated her as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid appointment has been made to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ms. Palak Doshi.
